Low-rise Residential Development

Some projects don’t just get built—they take root. This residential development in Garrelsweer prioritizes environmental and architectural balance. Instead of imposing on the landscape, the design works with it.

In our 3D visualization for this project, we focused on how the architecture interacts with its surroundings, emphasizing spatial flow, materiality, and sustainability. We carefully illustrated how brick and timber integrate with solar panels, ensuring efficiency without disrupting the aesthetic. Bird- and butterfly-boxes in the facades support biodiversity, while dense greenery softens the built form.

Recognized for its thoughtful integration with the environment, the project won an architectural competition. We are proud that our visualizations contributed to this achievement.
