FAQS
How do you manage deadlines, and what protocols are in place to ensure timely delivery?
A dedicated project manager oversees each project, monitoring the schedule and ensuring that each stage is completed as planned.
Can you explain your pricing structure? Is it based on cost per render, per hour, or per project?
Our pricing structure for 3D architectural interior rendering services is typically based on the project as a whole, considering the complexity and scope of work. We provide a detailed estimate, outlining costs for various stages, including modeling, rendering, and additional revisions.
How do you handle terrain and topography modeling at large scales?
At CYLIND, we use 3ds Max for precise modeling of complex topographies and terrains, ensuring realistic models that provide accurate representations of local features.
Will we fully own the final renders, and are there any restrictions on their use?
Yes, you will fully own the final renders. We may, however, request your prior consent to use the images in our portfolio or for promotional purposes.
Are there limitations on the number of revisions included in your estimate?
Our agreement specifies the maximum number of revisions. Here’s how it works: Our standard 3D visualization process includes three rounds of client feedback. The first round of revisions occurs when the client reviews the draft after post-processing and rendering. After receiving feedback, we make changes and, following another round of post-processing and rendering, submit the visualization for final approval and further adjustments. The third round focuses on minor revisions. After completion, we perform the final post-processing and rendering, and the finished file is sent to the client. If major changes are required at the final stage, such as adding a new building, this would be considered an additional expense.
