Behind a minimalist grid facade, the multi-family apartments in Hollywood respond to Los Angeles' housing shortage with unique coliving unit types. Just south of the 101 and a half-mile from the Metro Red Line, this project embraces the Transit Oriented Communities Affordable Housing Incentive Program, offering 17 units, two reserved for extremely low-income residents.Innovative in its design, this co-living project contributes to solving the housing shortage in Los Angeles and fosters a sense of community through its thoughtful architecture, seamlessly blending private and communal spaces.
