How do you handle last-minute design changes or revisions?
As a hospitality architectural rendering company, we understand that last-minute changes may arise. In such cases, we promptly make adjustments to complete the 3D renders on time. However, additional changes could impact the overall cost depending on the volume of revisions.
How do you handle intellectual property rights for the rendered assets?
All rights to the final renders are transferred to the client upon project completion and payment. However, the source materials and original files remain the property of our company unless otherwise agreed.
What's your policy on revisions, and how many are included in your base price?
Our base price includes a set number of revisions, typically three rounds for minor changes. If additional or more significant revisions are required, these will be discussed and charged separately.
Can you provide a breakdown of your pricing structure (e.g., per square foot, per view, etc.)?
We offer several pricing models depending on the client's needs: per image, where the cost is calculated per render or view, or for the entire project.
How do you ensure data security, especially for confidential pre-construction projects?
We strictly adhere to data security measures. We are open to signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with your firm to ensure the security of your information.
